Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

My parents hosted travelers in our family house in Laval and it was a great experience, so I look forward to meeting and learning from interesting people around the world during my travels. I will also happily host when I am back in Canada and am settled into a new apartment in Ottawa.

Intereses

I love traveling and discovering local customs, I enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, trekking, biking, canoeing, fishing), I want to learn rock climbing. I also enjoy a good book, I enjoy ecology and permaculture, spirituality, I also enjoy history, law and politics.

Música, películas y libros

I love many musical genres including classic rock, reggae, jazz, blues, classical, opera... I enjoy Stanley Kubrick movies. Some of the next books I have on my list are from Gabriel Garcia Marquez (100 years of Solitude and Love during the time of Cholera) as I want to practice more reading in Spanish.

I have done Paragliding in Santa Fe, Antioquia (near Medellin, in Colombia) and it was a very fun and exhilarating experience.

I can teach any language that I speak, as well as other knowledge and skills depending on your interests. I have been a trainer for new employees at the Government of Canada.

I can share a bottle of wine and some stimulating conversation! :) If you are visiting I can tell you about the city and assist you in visiting some highlights, introduce you to local cuisine, etc.
