It's hard to talk about yourself, but I guess I'm a laidback person, who likes to meet new people and have new experiences. I'm outgoing but also quiet when I have to be, which makes me a good guest to have, I think! :)

I don't have a lot of experience with CS (mainly hosting), but I joined the community because I always felt the need to get out of my shell and meet new people, with different approaches on life.
