Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As Im going to London, I still dont have my place, so I cant host anyone at the moment, but as soon as I find it, I will update this part of my profile :)
I met some really cool people on this site, people that are open minded and want to know other culture and other people. I really admire/share that!!
I like music, going to concerts, going to pubs with friends.
I love to chat and meet new people. I´m a very hard working person but I also adore to arrive home and drink a glass of wine or some beer.
On weekends I volunteer for a Non-profit Organization that help dogs here in Brazil.
I´m also an activist for animal rights.
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Lots and lots and loads of movies and series. I always watched A LOT, but as I´m not working right now, I can be considered a movieaholic person hahaha
Music: Pantera, Metallica, Sepultura, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Apocalyptica, Distillers, Led Zeppelin, Moby...
Book: I prefer biography books, I guess the coolest biography I read, was a recent one "I am Ozzy" , really funny!!!
but I also love Lord of the Rings, and as soon as I get my place in London, I plan on start reading the Game of Thrones saga, can´t wait for it!!!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveling is one of the best things in life, because you an have many kinds of situations going on and you have to deal with them, in order to solve the situation you find yourself in. So I think traveling, leaving abroad alone are incredible things because you grow up and learn bad and good things from every experience you have.
It can seem little to say, but its big to live it. Learning from your and other people´s mistakes its an incredible experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
Travelling to other countries may be interesting for many reasons, one thing I consider very funny and nice is learning new words..
So, my suggestion when hosting people from abroad, is talking slowly, and realize that these people may not know all the words you know, so its nice to share and explain sometimes what they mean.
Talking about 'words' can be really funny and a rich experience.
