Overview
About Me
I am a hardworking, friendly guy with a severe interest in psychology, video games and travelling.I used to play electric guitar a couple of years ago, but right now biggest hobby is cooking and watching cooking videos on Youtube - I love all kinds of interesting foods, especially spicy ones. I have an optimistic mindset on life and I take care of the people around me. I like getting new experiences. I don't really need too much to survive - a roof over my head, a bathroom and a blanket or two.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My plan is to travel to Italy this summer with my partner and enjoy the free-spirited nature and life of Italy.
I have been a host on student exchange programs - I have been to Germany and Portugal before and hosted 2 guys from Romania and one from Poland.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like different kind of genres of music but my favorite genres are punk, ska-punk and melodic/symphonic metal.
My favorite movie is ''Inception'' and ''V for vendetta'' my favorite book is ''It'' by Stephen Kings.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I on a few occasions volunteered for a food bank organisation in my town.
Teach, Learn, Share
During my travel I would love to learn some basic tips of travelling and how to survive in a different country. I believe that traveling takes a lot of energy and responsibility, I believe that I can get some knowledge by chatting with the hosts.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My down-to-earth view of life. I like talking about stupid mishaps in my life and my somewhat terrible previous experiences with travelling. I also would love to cook chili soup or something for the host, if they'd let me.
Countries I’ve Visited
Germany, Latvia, Poland, Portugal
