About Me

I'm a cook that moves around a lot. I lived all around the southeastern United States, Charlotte, Nc, Atlanta, Ga, Birmingham, Al, and lastly New Orleans before moving to Germany. I love to travel, loving making new friends, and sharing the knowlege I've gained from having an open heart. I love sports, including professional cycling and football (soccer in America)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Originally I got on here to help out fellow travelers if they need a place to stay when I lived in New Orleans. Now I'm hoping to have the favor returned and offer up a meal or two to my hosts.

Cooking, Brazilian jiu jitsu, movies, books, music, maps and socio-political studies, riding bike, running, brain health, learning, being open to new things, meditation, compassion.
