Hi, I'm an Irish guy, currently living in Derry, Northern Ireland. I come from Cavan originally, and have lived in places like Sligo, Belfast and Cologne, Germany. I love travelling having gone through Asia and Australia a few times and Europe many times. I visited the USA for the first time in 2016 - New York and Seattle.
Have since followed that up with a trip to Las Vegas and Los Angeles in late 2017 and Philadelphia in early 2018.

Also have experience of the couchsurfing scene through my friends in Germany where we travelled and couchsurfed around Europe.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I have many friends who have recommended couchsurfing as a great way of travelling and meeting great people. Many of the friends of my friends in Germany met through couchsurfing and I loved how often they met up and travel to where they lived for a visit. I have tagged along and enjoyed this so I'm now looking to get out there and meet my own friends

Interesses

I love music and going to gigs. Especially metal and rock gigs, but I'm happy out just getting to a concert seeing anyone as long as its not manufactured pop. I do like my sports, but like to chill out with a good book or movie too. In a previous life I was a chef so I do love cooking and can generally knock something up quickly. I am Irish so I do like to have a drink and socialise. I also play Rugby and the great Irish sport of Hurling!

I can definitely cook you a kickass meal, and maybe go drinking as I'm good at that. Anyway I am a mature lad, I know how to look after things and clean up after myself but can have the craic too.
