I've been back in the states for about 9 months from a two year Peace Corps service in Namibia. Since I have been back, I have been waiting tables, teaching yoga in juvenile detention facilities, participating in a 200 hr teacher training alongside inmates in the Chester State Prison, and writing a book for Transformation Yoga Project.

I'm definitely an active person. I run long distances in sandals, enjoy riding bikes, and pretty much most things outdoors. I'm a bit of a book nerd and love getting recommendations on new things to read.

Thoroughly enjoy cooking and eating. Mostly vegetarian these days, not strict about it, and love sharing meals with people.

I am moving to the Bay Area in May and excited to get a life started out there. I have undergraduate and masters degrees in sociology and statistics, respectively, so I love talking and learning about this crazy, beautiful world we live in.
