I am a fun-loving, free-thinker from the Midwest. I am here to travel extensively around the earth and to make great memories with people I have yet to meet while doing so.

PHILOSOPHY

Personal philosophy is everchanging because of the new information that I am always receiving. However, there are a few ideas that matter greatly to me. Learning/Teaching, Helping Others, and Traveling the World.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am here to provide a comfy place to sleep and some damn good food to traveler's of all kinds. I also take about 2-3 vacations a year and hope to stay with other's that see the value of travel and experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

We are addicted to almost any documentary or educational programming, usually found on Netflix or Amazon Prime. I enjoy many different types of music, but always a live band! Currently trying to finish reading Darwin's Origin of the Species

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I studied in Ghana, West Africa for two months on a marketing internship. The job was mundane but the immersion experience into another culture was unbelievable!

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy meeting all different kinds of people because they have many different experiences from me. I think one my favorites is always somebody from a different culture so we can reflect and exchange ideas on what makes us who we are.
