Hey, I am a happy, positive person and love travelling. I have been living in Thailand with my wife and had a fantastic time being there. I have come back to the UK to live for a few years as my kids were missing me too much. Recently moved to Gateshead, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK for work purposes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in a little village in Southern Thailand and spent New year there. This was an amazing experience when the monks from the local monastery came on the morning and everyone lined up in the street and provided food to the monks. I lived with my partner's mother in an old traditional Thai house with very basic amenities. But the hospitality of the neighbours was outstanding and very very friendly. There was a traditional morning with the monks to listen to them speak about the year ahead, finding peace with oneself, being kind and helping others along their way in life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I did some English language teaching in Thailand which was a remarkable experience. I am also a cognitive therapist and help people move through their lives who have difficulties with mental health problems. I can also teach meditation to children to help reduce stress.
