Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Despite the fact that you discover a lot about yourself with time, but there are two things I have known for sure about myself since forever:

1- I hate borders. I mean any kind of borders, whether they are actual country borders or just cultural or lingual ones.
But I love it when I can just visit as many places as I can with no worries about a different ethnicity, with a different religion, or skin tone, culture, language, etc..., by meeting real friends from every place I visit.

2- I hate being treated as a "tourist". Instead, I love it when I visit any city and see it through the eyes of its people, buy from their local markets not the major chains, walk through their backstreets not the touristic roads.
This way, instead of being just the same person in a different place, I get to live many other completely different lives, and the more I travel, the more lives I get to live.
