ABOUT ME

I grew up on a farm in the Australian outback and then moved to coast in search of a bit more excitement. I just finished a science degree and now I'm taking a year off before I do any post-grad study. This year I've spent some time in India on an internship, travelled around Burma and India and now I'll be heading off to the U.S.A for five months to travel and work in a summer camp in Michigan. I'm essentially on my second gap year just delaying getting any sort of 'real' job which will anchor me down. Travelling and meeting new people is what I really want to do.

Don't take life too seriously.

I'd rather hang out and stay with a local. I think it's a much more enjoyable way to experience a city.

Interessen

I love everything outdoors and travel. I try to get away as much as I can and enjoy spending time hiking, at the beach, scuba diving, snorkelling, running, kayaking, water skiing, drinking and seeing new places.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I hardly watch movies, like non fiction books and most kinds of music. Generally I would rather spend my time in the outdoors or exploring a city though.

I lived in the Amazon for a couple of months. That was pretty cool, well except for the insects that decided to reside in the soles of my feet.

I can share a lot of travel stories to exotic countries and teach you how to make delicious Australian pavlova. I love to learning about anything and everything.

Well people tell me that I'm fun to be around. That and sometimes I bring Vegemite with me when I travel.
