Been travelling for 4 years on and off! Mostly happy in new cultures meeting new people. I'm a dive master and like to dive the more tropical parts of the world, Also really enjoy photography - above and below water....

Other than that wandering around chatting to people is a good way to spend the day in a new city!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

From the last 6 months...

1) swimming amongst a number of Whale Sharks, biggest fish on the planet - I traveled a long way for this single experience. I'd also add to this diving Boreno as a whole, spectacular and really unparalleled diving comapred to the whole of Asia, possibly the world.

2) Making the summit of Mt Rinjani Volcano in Lombok. 4500m, not the toughest mountain in the world but for an amateur like me this was a real challenge that I could have easily gave up on. Made the summit at 5am to watch the sunrise after 4 days climbing.

3) Living in Manila. Filipines. Completely different world to what I'm used too. Very raw, a large amount of poverty yet undoubtedly the most friendly people I have met. Can't fail but leave you with fond memories.
