About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am a young, hungry cook in search of learning about new cuisines and the cultures that mold them
ABOUT ME
I am easy going, honest, organized, and clean. I can adapt to any situation and am interested in meeting new people on my upcoming adventures.
I grew up in the Sonoran Desert in Tucson, Arizona, raised by vegetarian hippie parents who cooked all of our meals from our vast garden. I ran on the cross country team in high school, baked bread, and cooked with my family.
Immediately after high school, I attended Le Cordon Bleu where I learned the foundations of French cooking. In Scottsdale, I worked in several great restaurants, then moved to New York City to delve into the best food city America. Here I was a Sous Chef at a highly regarded restaurant, voted one of the best in the world. I worked there for 3 years and decided I wanted to travel and learn something new. I recently began making craft chocolate from scratch in Brooklyn where I am currently employed.
I am looking forward to the exciting experiences that lie ahead and meeting some new inspiring people along the way!
PHILOSOPHY
I seek new culinary experiences in exciting places with people who appreciate good company, food, and drink.
