ABOUT ME
Hello!
My name is Andrew, I'm new to this whole lark. I'm 25, graduated out of Trinity College, Dublin in 2012. As part of this, I spent a year living and studying in Oviedo, Spain on Erasmus.
After this I moved to Honduras, Central America for two years working for an educational NGO called Bilingual Education for Central America (BECA), eventually becoming Program Manager.
Now, I'm on the verge of moving to London, UK for a year to study an MA in International Child Studies.
I've travelled extensively around Europe,Central America and the U.S. My Spanish is decent at this point, but I love meeting new people from different cultures.
Look forward to meeting you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
FIRST TIME COUCH SURFER.
Right now I am only interested in surfing, though I am always available to meet up or grab a drink/coffee in Dublin and later London!
I am about to move to London for a year. As soon as I have my place sorted, I will look to be able to host asap.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
NOWT. I have spent 3 of the last 4 years studying, living and working abroad. Unfortunately I just haven't had the wherewithal to fully commit to CS yet. But I want to right my wrongs and get involved as much as I can in the next few years. I'm excited to finally become part of the community.

Reading, all kinds of music, going to gigs, drinking a good beer, travelling and exploring new places!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've just got back from travelling in Central America, so I got a chance to toboggan down a volcano in Nicaragua! It nearly killed me, but worth it to include it on this site.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've been working in education the last 2 years and currently want to continue this in London for the next year. I would love to meet people who share a passion for education, especially children's rights and other children's issues. I'm always keen to get into friendly debates or conversations about all sorts of things.
