About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To experience and to know

ABOUT ME

If I could use three words to describe me, it would be friendly, energetic, and open-mided.

I'll try anything twice, once to check it out and the second time to make sure. It is easy for me to adapt to any situation, I observe closely and do as the locals do. What I mean is there is a time and a place to be noisy and crazy, and there are times to be quiet and reserved. There are NEVER times, where anybody needs to be a jerk. So don't do it!

PHILOSOPHY

You'll never know until you try!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new but I like new things. Come over! Have some rice!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Sadly, I'm a newb and haven't had any first-hand experience.

However, the people who I've met who are supporters are absolutely amazing. These people support CS like it is their son or daughter!

Interests

My interests are unlimited, I'm always looking to learning something new. Here are a few...

Indoors: Cooking, movies, books, cards, music, dance parties, bars/clubs, restaurants, and sporting events.

Outdoors: Running, swimming, fishing, gardening, hiking, camping, exploring, visiting anything hard to find, drinking beer, and anything in the sun.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - All of them! Some favorites are Almost Famous, The Godfather, Bio-Dome (don't judge me), Goodfellas, Crash, Baseketball, Independence Day, and any other summer blockbusters.

Music - Again, all of them! Phish, Umphrey's McGee, Coldplay, Phillip Glass, Lamb of God, Bombay Bicycle Club, Two Door Cinema Club, Jay-Z, Mumford and Sons...I could go on forever.

Books - Naturally, I love travel books, anything by Paul Theroux. I also like American authors like Steinbeck and Vonnegut. Lately I've been digging Gothic classics and I'm playing catch up with literature. Too many video games as a teenager!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In no particular order...

1. Road trip all over New Zealand
2. Angkor Wat
3. Rage Against the Machine reunion concert
4. Diving the Great Barrier Reef
5. My band played a concert at a house party, paid with beer.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'll teach you how to garden, cook, play card games, and dance like a professional amateur!

I'll learn anything. Really, anything.

I'll share my positivity, my patience, my generosity, and my sense of humor.
