ABOUT ME

I just earned my bachelors degree in Emergency Management at North Dakota State University. I was born in Fargo ND.

I joined the military after highschool and served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps. I am a veteran and proud of my service to this country. I appreciate everything that my fellow veterans have done and are continuing to do both foreign and domestic. I deployed to Afghanistan in 2008 with 2nd Batallion / 7th Marine Regiment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

After the military I enrolled at NDSU and have been fortunate to be able to experience traveling abroad in New Zealand. I spent 6 months there and it was not close to long enough. New Zealand is a beautiful country and everyone should try to go out there - you won't be disappointed. I met many good friends while over there and enjoyed the whole experience.

I just moved to the New Haven Area in Connecticut and would love to meet some local adventurous people. Want to explore a lot of the New England area as I have never been here before.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New to the couch surfing community but met a wonderful couch surfer while visiting my friends in Maui and Oahu, Hawaii.

I am hoping to meet some couch surfers that I could either travel with, stay with, or go on local adventures with while traveling. My girlfriend and I are currently living in Connecticut right now why she is attending school, but are enjoying traveling around the area.

Love being active and outdoors. I am very spontaneous so I will do pretty much anything that seems like a good idea at the time. I like to hike, camp, and backpacking. I am pretty easy going and open to suggestions for fun things to do.
