ABOUT ME

I am a 24 year old recent college graduate looking to fit in some quality travel time before settling down somewhere. I would like to center my travels on Germany because of my aspiration to learn the language better, but I want to check out at least 3 countries/cities before the conclusion of my first solo euro-trip starting this June, and I am playing the trip by year as they say... but Edinburgh->Utrecht->Köln->Berlin is the basic plan right now...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Went on a 5 couchsurfer roadtrip for 3 days in the Scottish highlands and continue to travel western europe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a traveling friend of a friend who is on here before I registered or met him.

Then I surfed in Edinburgh and went on a 5 couchsurfer roadtrip for 3 days in the Scottish highlands.

music: all over the place... pretty much everything, from aphex twin to folk music

books: typical pomo shit, pissy philosophers, misogynist assholes (come on, they're just frustrated), delusional idealists, some sci-fi, etc, etc, etc and so forth... from irvine welsh to the ole dostoevsky, some obscure - mostly pretty well known...

movies: am not that versed but I can enjoy me a movie

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

scuba diving in the dead of night in Honduras was pretty memorable, hiking, back packing in the Adirondack mountains for 3 days, international travel in general, walking around Munich jet lagged almost passing out anywhere I sat, going to a London pub for a drink with my cousin when we both were a few years from being of age in the states, camping with thousands of your closest friends at big music festivals
