About Me

I'm open minded, curious, positive and healthy lifestyle person, who tries to live the life outside stereotypes.

I appreciate honesty and kindness in people, deep personality and sincerity which make them real in this so artificial world. Always try to relate people as I wish they do to me.

I love and deeply respect nature, the most sacred thing on the Earth and I feel myself like a cell of this huge excellent organism, the cell of the whole universe.

One of my important goals is to discover my inner world by yoga. I profoundly feel there is something huge beyond this visible world and philosophy of yoga explanation is the one that helps me to understand a lot more clearly.

From the early childhood, inspired by TV shows about nature and the world, I dreamed about traveling and one day I’ve finally started. Every new journey give me a lot of paintful emotions. And I'm sure it's one of the best reasons to live.
My first CS guest said once “I wish to be a guy at the table with the best stories to tell”(c) Gus. I love this saying and I try the same:)

Nature as a rule is my first focus in a trip. Visiting wild and hiking is always attracts me more than cities and historical heritage though I’m very curious in different cultures, local customs and traditions so people became very important on my way as well especially after meeting CS.

Some pictures/stories from my trips are randomly popping up here https://www.instagram.com/andriimaksymchuk?igsh=cW9oMnd0ZnV5a3A1&utm_source=qr

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The main thing is the spirit of Couchsurfing, this warm and sincere connection between people who didn't know each other yesterday but can get contact and build friendship for years. It's a great opportunity to see genuineness of a place where you are going to and feel it's charm as well. Also CS shows the difference between tourist and traveler.
And now, after some CS experience was gained I clear see it was one of the best steps in my life to joint this incredible community.

Teach, Learn, Share

I live not far from a romantic place named "Tunnel of Love", so I can make an excursion there. Also I can show some other interesting places around like Klevan' Castle, old Annunciation church or chalk career. In "Couch Photos" album you can see few pictures of the route we could walk or places to visit.
I have good travel experience already and always open to any questions.
