First book that usually comes to my mind is One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Next one is East of Eden. Music preferences are harder to narrow down, though. I guess, we can go here with Depeche Mode, Metallica, Arctic Monkeys, Radiohead and Slipknot for starters.
