I'm a 27 year old Kiwi guy of European descent. I'm British and Greek-Cypriot but brought up in NZ. In 2013 I left NZ to backpack South East Asia & India for 4 months. I'm a slightly cheeky, down to earth, fun chilled out guy who loves to travel and meet all sorts of people. I've learnt so much from travelling and want to continue doing that, and host people when I can also. I'm currently working in a retail store to make ends meet really until a more permanent role/plan comes up...but I'm a relatively free spirit... who really wants to explore/have more experiences and have epic conversations about anything with anyone wanting to share time with me and have fun in the process.

After staying in loads of hostels, I've gathered that staying with locals will be better - especially off the beaten track and not necessarily spending loads doing only typical tourist things. I also want the chance to get to know people and places for more than just a fleeting moment between hostels and keep meeting great friends that Ill keep in touch in the future.

Sociology, philosophy, football (All sports for that matter) Film (especially national/foreign/art cinema), Music - am pretty eclectic really; old school hip hop, Motown and neo soul, electronic/dance, 90s rock, jazz...and so much more. Looking to get my travel blog up shortly; and just meeting some of the best people travelling you can. I welcome all.
