Overview
About Me
Hello there, the name is Andy. I was raised in Maryland, but ran off fairly early in life. Went to college at Shippensburg University, in South Central Pennsylvania. After that, I had a ton of student loan debt and no real direction in life; so, I joined the Navy and volunteered for a crazy program.
I just finished that six years as a Navy Diver. It was one hell of an adventure that took me around the world, made me fall in love with traveling, and had me working with an amazing bunch of people. While in the military, I found a little bit of the direction I was looking for, completed a masters degree in criminal justice online, and started making plans for law school. The idea is to pursue a career as a public defender, or something creating opportunities for juveniles.
I finished the enlistment in January, and am embarking on a solo world backpacking tour until the fall. As austere as the above paragraph may sound, I am in reality, a laid back fun loving guy, who is simply trying to make the most of whatever this life may be.
