I'm Andy, a Northern Irish, adventurous, travelling, recent engineering graduate, who's interested in meeting new people in cool places. I've been travelling around the world for the last 10 months, and am now in the home stretch, due back in NI by mid August.

I do my best to be clean, tidy, and respectful as a guest in somebody else's home, and appreciate the trust that person is showing.

I'm interested in meeting whoever is hosting me, but if your schedule doesn't allow I'm more than happy to take care of myself :)

Music: I like at least some of almost every genre... I play a bit of guitar, though I go through phases of practising a lot and then not for a while, but I know a few songs

Books: I've just been getting back into reading recently. Currently reading a book about Nikola Tesla which is quite interesting. Other recent reads - American Sniper, Wild, Veronika decides to die.

Movies: I love movies! And I've watched far too many to pick a favourite! I'm always up for watching something I haven't seen, or rewatching a classic!

In Queenstown, New Zealand, I did a bungy jump of 134m. It was one of the most intense things I've ever done, much worse than skydiving! Pretty keen to do it again though...

I know a reasonable amount about space, quite a lot about science and engineering in general, and I like to think I know quite a bit about a lot of other topics too, so we could have some interesting conversations I'm sure. I'm always open to some light hearted debate :P

I'm always keen to learn new things and share whatever knowledge I might have. I am a pretty good cook, or so I'm told. I guess I could teach you a little bit of guitar, though I'm not very good...
