30-year-old, working a semi-grueling, but really fun 9-5 doing content marketing for a fortune 500 headquartered here in Pittsburgh. Getting married (to the dude of my dreams) at the end of the summer. Two adopted doggos (Boston Terrier/Chihuahua mix and Pitbull mix). Love to try new restaurants and bars, but also LOVE to cook -- I managed a high-end kitchen store to pay bills throughout college and picked up a love of all things culinary in the process. I love to play rec sports (in it for the fun, not super competitive), theater, live music, anything art-related, comedy, board games and party games. I've just entered my thirties, and am hoping to add more solo (and budget) travel to my standard repertoire this decade. I try to get a local/authentic experience whenever I'm in a new place —and hope to offer that to those visiting Pittsburgh as well. If I HAD more time to travel, I would — but since I'm living in the American grind (a little) I want to make the most of the short trips I am fortunate to take! Searching the world for the tastiest pizza and the most epic beard.

I love all music. TRULY! I can find a track I love in pretty much any genre. Big into instrumental/live music. Was accepted to a conservatory program for trombone (orchestral and jazz), and almost went pro (but then chickened out, haha)!

I usually have about 3-5 unfinished books on my nightstand at any given time. :D

While I love movies, I'm dreadfully late to the game on most classics! I tend to have movie narcolepsy, so I miss out on a lot. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I just saw "Forrest Gump" for the first time this year.

For surfers heading to Pittsburgh, I can offer a comfy sofa or air mattress, decent little record collection, plenty of books, a cool artsy apartment (I'm partial), plenty of linens/towels, etc. and a list of the best bars and restaurants in town! Also a stocked board game shelf. My fiancé and I live on a Main Street in Pittsburgh's trendy, centrally located Lawrenceville neighborhood. We have two lovable dogs who most certainly will try to cuddle with you.
