About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Connect, learn, grow, play, expand, create, dance. Experience new places and people in wonder and amazement, always grateful for the opportunity to travel. Challenge myself, get away from habit and routine, enter the unknown.
ABOUT ME
I love meeting people, connecting, sharing ideas and adventures. I'm pretty quiet and sensitive. Not a big partier, but happy to share wine, food, conversation and I love music and dancing.
Also love: reading (fiction, philosophy, poetry, esoteric), art (first thing I do in most cities is go to an art gallery), food (eating, cooking, talking about), riding my bike, hiking in the mountains, potlucks, markets, picnics, swimming, yoga, meditating, day-dreaming, watching movies, sleeping, camping, writing, wandering around new cities, going to book stores, talking about ideas, thinking about ideas, adventures big and small.
Originally from Ottawa, my home for the past 6 years has been Vancouver. I love it there, even the grey winters which are perfect for drinking tea and reading books. The summers are glorious, sunny and warm, perfect for exploring the mountains, swimming in the ocean, going to the market, riding bikes....
Current adventure: travel in India and Thailand, study yoga, meet people, experience new places, write.
I'm mostly vegetarian, and mostly gluten-free, but not strict, and don't mind what others eat. Queer friendly.
PHILOSOPHY
Love is most important. We are all connected. The forest is important. So are the trees.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Nothing like the view from the top of a mountain in British Columbia, Canada. The mountains just go on forever. Snow-capped peaks. Not a road or a city in site. Beautiful. (Not that I don't like cities, I do.)
But actually, probably the most amazing experiences I've had have been while meditating.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm not a certified teacher, but I've been doing yoga for a while and could teach the basics, and/or just have some fun doing yoga if you already know the basics!
I love cooking, and would be happy to cook you a meal, or cook together.
