I'm a good dude who's down to chill, but also down to share work, commiserate, listen, talk, be helpful, be helped, understand, communicate, create, talk about creating, explore...i play music and i write. i am interested in doing those two things in as many different ways as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

-hosted (though not through this website) numerous couch surfers while living in Olympia, WA and Portland, OR. i have lived in houses connected to this website.
-i have couch surfed usually as a result of musical tours, or being broke but not super extensively across the country
-i like it the best when everybody is respectful of everybody and there are a clear understanding of boundaries between host and guest.

Interests

music (specifically noise, experimental, free), books, poetry (writing it, reading it), people, jokes, art...

i'm interested in dialogues where all people involved feel open and free to contribute.

the ways in which things work and don't work, and how something that doesn't work for its intended purpose can be used for another
