ABOUT ME

I've studied in TUGraz, Graz, Austria.
I am a person who is not afraid of challenges; instead, I try hard to overcome difficulties. When I have a goal, I proceed to achieve it. I believe that the more I transcend myself, the better I can deal with different problems. Overseas learning is a challenge for me. However, the cultural differences and thoughts obtained from the experience of studying in Austria will definitely equip me with a wide range of knowledge as well as an open mind.

PHILOSOPHY

I adore the ideal image of persons in Renaissance, called Renaissance Man. The Renaissance Man, which is from Italian "Universal Man". The Renaissance Man knows a great deal of knowledge regarding a variety of topics and is accomplished in areas of both arts and science; he also has broad intellectual interests. By their abundant knowledge, they can achieve their goal - to benefit the society. It is also the goal of mine. T.H. Huxley once said, "Know something about everything and everything about something." I expect I can succeed the spirit.

Teach, Learn, Share

I studied at National Tsing Hua University and majored in Materials Science and Engineering. I mastered physical foundation and mathematic, such as Modern Physics and Signals and Systems respectively. Besides, I learned business as well as music-related courses. For example, I took a business course called Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurship, which was for graduate students. I also took seven courses for Music majors, such as Advanced Tonal Harmony and Counterpoint. It made me more all-rounded, and fused my enthusiasm for life. After graduation from university, I entered National Chiao Tung University for master program and joined the Solar Cell and Display Lab, which is lead by professor Chuang-Chuang Tsai. Our research focuses on silicon based thin film solar cell.
Now I'm an exchanged student in TUGraz. I study electric acoustic.
