I work as Chef so i'm really into anything to do with the food and beverage industry.

Cookbooks rule my book shelf. The Art of War by sun tzu is also an all time Fav.....
I enjoy most Movies, and I love to kick back and watch the latest releases . As for Music I range anywhere from Hip-Hop to dance/trance/house to Rock. Really just depends on my mood and the atmosphere im in at the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Experiencing the Revolution in Egypt was pretty intense. Sea Kayaking in Ha long bay and camping on the beach, Trekking in Kenya, chilling out in Zanzibar......... the question is whats next??

I like to think Im pretty good at cooking, so my food knowledge is pretty sound.
Food isn't rocket science and I like to show people that they can cook great food very easy.
