It isn't always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that's okay. The journey changes you. It should change you. It opens your heart in one way you never thought was possible. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You get so emotionally attached to people and places you visit. You make unforgettable friendships all over the world, and the more you travel, the bigger heart you get...Wherever you go becomes a part of you somehow.
You will never be completely at home again, because part of your heart will be always elsewhere. That is the price you pay for the richness of loving and knowing people in more than one place. And then you stand there, wishing you could split yourself into a thousand pieces to be able to be at all places at once...
You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind.
