About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm a 25 years old French woman, I was born in a small town in France, my parents never traveled, they are farmers, and I don't know why but I always wanted to travel. I left the familu house when I was 14 to go to border school, then I moved to Bordeaux in France to study sociology but I ended up working for an association that helped people with disabilities. After that, I moved to Tours to do a Degree in Journalism and I did my last year of school in Greeley, Colorado, in the USA. During this year abroad, I traveled a lot around the country, in California, Utah, Arizona, South Dakota, Colorado, etc. I enjoyed it so much that I didn't want to leave! Traveling there was the best experience of my life so far!
I also traveled in Spain, Sweden, England, Netherlands and Italy, either by my self or with friends.

(edits)
I'm now living in Berlin to work, I still enjoy traveling, even though it's more difficult to find the time now. Growing older, I feel like I sometimes finding all the excuses not to travel (money, job, ...) but I keep looking for new adventures and to meet new people along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now, I'm working in Berlin and I have roomates (a couple with a baby), I guess, I'll be able to have some people over once I find a real apartment for myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had great couchsurfing experience in London and Amsterdam, I met such great people thanks to couch surfing!

Interests

I do a lot of video, I did a documentary movie about the American Dream when I was in the USA
I also take a lot of pictures (as everyone else right?)
And I like writing, but mostly, all my inspiration in video, photos, and writing comes to mind while I'm traveling

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This is so difficult! I'd say that in every places that I've been, I've seen awesome stuffs! The landscape in the US is amazing, hiking in the national parks in Utah, walking in Bourbon Street in New Orleans, LA, hiking down the Grand Canyon where some amazing experience to me, I'll never forget them. Also, being able to move so easily. I lived in different places, I moved every 1-2 years, left everything behind (almost) and move to another country or city in order to work mostly, I'm really happy I've done it, and I'll keep doing it until I find somewhere that feels like home.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd learn about everything. The goal of CouchSurfing is to meet people and to learn about new stuffs, and I think everyone has something to teach you.
