to follow the sun !
I am a very open minded, respectful and happy person who loves to laugh but also to talk about serious things.
I enjoy listening to different stories and point of views of people from different circles - so I studied Social Work to get paid for that . ;) Now I work full time as a streetworker at a drug counselling Institution in Vienna - meeting different people in public areas with heavy, interesting, funny, unimaginable stories .. Couldn't be better!!
I love to travel, because I love to meet new cultures, new peoples and new ways of lifes. It is important for me to stay respectful and to let people live their lives and let them having their opinions. Of course, it should be possible to discuss about different topics and different views but still, a respectful way and honesty is an important base in my life.
So travelling and hosting is a way to get to know each other lifes much better but also to learn to trust each other and to treat each other respectfully.
(Optional Answer: I love to travel because of Food! I save money while I'm travelling except of food - my goal is to get really fat and then to come back to Vienna - Otherwise it was not a successfull travel. But the best is to find a host to eat together and feel bad together in a happy way. This is how all my important friendships had started.)
-life is beautiful, even though everything stands against it
-strangers are friends, you don´t know yet
-if you want to make God laugh, tell him about your plans
-If you ask for patience, what you get is a waiting line at the bank.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I really like the principle of CS, because it helps to trust the people more and to connect different cultures, and that´s very important today, so I want to support this and to meet new people and new way of lives.
Also it is very enriching to get to know some other thoughts about life.
I finally "reactivated" my CS profile (yay!) So don't get scared of because I didn't answer that many requests (yet!). Life can be busy sometimes :)
I was thinking about the positive but also the negative parts of Couchsurfing - so I decided to meet and host only women for now. I realized how difficult it can be to travel alone as a Woman and to find a Host where you feel comfortable. So my first step for now is to be opened to meet - concerts, drinking coffee, going for a walk, going out, hanging out with my cool and weird friends :) You are very welcome to get an inside view of an authentic Viennese Life (this sounds actually really sad, but I like to feel important, so Im gonna leave this sentence that way B-) )
If I find more time, I am going to be happy to finally host some cool people .. If you are able to read all of my blah blah, you can still write and ask for a couch :)

Music, Movies, and Books
-(especially german) hip hop (blumentopf, Kontra K, Yasmo, Antilopen Gang, Neonschwarz, Fiva, Dessa), music to relax (norah jones, damien rice, ayo, the XX, ben harper, Florence + the Machine, ), AND good mood music :) (cat empire, nakho bear, calle13, dubioza kolektiv ... )
-i love to go to the cinema, espescially to watch documentaries. these movies are giving me the chance to see countries, life stories which I would never had the chance to see. I don´t like Disney movies and movies, where the people are singing (urgh)
My favourite movie is defenetly "Her" - Wow, it shouldn't be allowed to make such good Movies!
Teach, Learn, Share
the art of doing nothing but pretending to be busy
What I Can Share with Hosts
Sharing great stories, talking about everything and nothing, hanging out, leaving them alone if they are not in socializing mood, cooking great food (salty and sweet stuff - jummy), chilling with a beer :)
