I'm a physician recently graduated from medical school from Universidad Industrial de Santander, in Bucaramanga, Colombia. I love meeting new people, I like to travel, knowing new cultures. I would love to live my life traveling around the world, even when I have been never outside Colombia, I am a passionate about knowledge, I read a lot, not only about medicine but about cultures, science, astronomy and a myriad of subjects that make me wanting to see with my eyes what I read and feel in books, but since I am recently graduated you can imagine I cannot afford to travel in the regular way. I'm planning to travel the next year to Argentina to deliver the "examen único nacional" (unified national test) to initiate my residency in internal medicine. Right now I am doing what is called in my country a "obligatory social service" that is demanded for the law in order to be able to practice medicine in Colombia, this takes a year in which I I'm underpaid (625 usd a month) in order to cover the problems with medical coverage in my country.

I want to travel the world for free, and I don't mind about hosting people in my house.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first backpacking experience was traveling from bucaramanga to villa de Leyva with my girlfriend, it was beautiful and some day I will do it again.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My actual house is in Moñitos, Córdoba, Colombia, is 5 blocks away from the beach, you can go there just walking, is a touristic destination, not so popular but it is beautiful. I offer a clean bed and if you help with the dishes I offer one or two free meal.
