I am 23 years old and I am on my break from University. After 5 years of University I decided to take a break from the academic world and dabble a bit in the working world. I have been working towards becoming a chef and traveling whenever I get a break or enough money to do so haha. I love cooking, chilling and enjoying good weathers. I can be extroverted but me-times are MUSTS. Sometimes a girl just needs to wind down in her own presence (nothing dirty). Also I'm very straight forward and clueless to hints. Kinda need the info to smack me in the head haha. That being sad I love meeting new people and exploring new environments. I think it really helps a person grow and at least for me maintain a state of humbleness and happiness.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have a 3 month gap between now and when I move to Ottawa in August. I wanted to spend the summer kayaking, hiking and surrounded by nature; however since I'm a student and is paying back loans I would love to also save some money. On top of saving money, moving to a city where I don't know a lot of people my age (don't know any in fact) I hope that couchsurfing can connect me to new friends and people that I can go hiking/kayaking or even as simple as doing yoga with.

I am kind of obsessed with traveling and food. I don't know which one trumps the other. I will eat just about anything (unless it'll give me a heart attack) and I loveeeee cooking!! I also love watching movies, walking/urban hiking. I would like to say that I'm kind of a health nut but I also love making pies.... so it's an internal delima......

I always give either to the homeless or grocery donations or whatever whenever I can (as in whenever I have my wallet on me and I'm not broke broke).
