Hi! My name is Angela and I am from the capital city in Australia. I come from a Vietnamese background but was born and raised in Australia. I will be backpacking Europe in 2019 accompanied by my best friend Emily! (The girl with brown hair in the images!) Emily was born in Scotland then soon came to Australia and has been there for roughly 15 years.

We are former students and desire to have loads of fun while back packing as well learning new things on the way, as we have finished the last year of compulsory education and decided we deserved a gap year to focus on ourselves! We absolutely enjoy all kinds of food and are willing to try new things in regards to learning the different cultures we come past. Both of us come with a welcoming vibe and are very friendly. Emily and i are also very clean and we keep to ourselves, we also respect other peoples belongings as well as themselves.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We were recommended by my elder brother who traveled all around Europe for 2 years and he had told us that it is a great way of making new friends and seeing the countries from a different perspective (not just as a tourist). We love meeting new people and are open to learn new things, and we figure we may aswell do it with someone who knows what to do, and where to go
