I live in P & T Nagar, a suburb in Madurai and have done since January 2014. I live with my boyfriend, who is an Indian Citizen, from Madurai. We live in a modern but basic 2 bedroom apartment.

I am passionate about Education- ensuring all children receive a quality Education and am interested in the area of Active Citizenship, Social Awarness, etc. have always been interested in this area.

I moved to Madurai in January 2014 , since I came independently it has been very difficult to find out about other foreigners ( Brits, Europeans, Americans/ Canadians, etc) who are in the city. Sometimes I feel a bit isolated so I'm looking to meet some people ( especially young ladies like myself or a mixed group) that I can hang out with- just relax and have a laugh with.

I am looking to meet up with people who have come to visit/ spent time in Madurai.

It would be nice to spend weekends/ evenings hanging out with those who are passing through Madurai!

Anything goes but don't like anything too scary, violent with just action.. it needs some soul and it's great if it's relatable to real life and really focuses on a character and their emotions , perceptions, life story etc.

Set up a socio-cultural learning exchange programme in 4 schools in Madurai (implemented workshops around social topics/ issues ) and linked them up with 3 schools, 1 in London, UK and 3 in Ghana, Africa.
