In essence I´m a seeker: my search involves above all an inner quest to remember my true being and my purpose in existence. I´m a passionate and loving person, and I enjoy living. I savour my everyday with what it brings, joys, challenges, surprises... I am more and more learning to let go in the flow existence, to trust more deeply, not an easy task but rewarding beyond expectation.

Since I left my home in Bogotá when I was 15 to continue my studies in England, I have had the privilege to meet and learn from many people and live in various different countries in the world. I am a traveler at heart; travelling, I have tasted immense freedom, the richness of the earth and its bounty, and the beauty and diversity in human beings.

Currently, I am happily married to Frank Jalad and have a 4 year-old boy called Arun. I work as a Psychotherapist.
