My name is Angelina, I was born in Irkutsk, Russia. Right now I'm an exchange student in Chambery, France for one semester.

I am a very curious and open-minded person, I love talking, especially with people with different cultures. I love good music and good cinema, I am really into it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Actually I've been travelling a lot in my life but I've never had a CS experience. Why do I want to? It is amazing to meet new people, explore more about some particular culture throug people's everyday live, to exchange culrure, food, drink and everything.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I prefer rock bands, my favourites are Pink Floyd, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Led Zeppelin, Radiohead (!). I also love jazz, blues and some indi-rock. It doesn't always depends on genre, I love to find new great artists in any type of music who are special.

Movies: Kubrick, Fincher, Lynch, Jarmusch, Wes Anderson, Tarantino, Bertolucci, Tarkovsky, Noé, John Huston, Scorsese and lots of others. I've also watched a lot of series.

Books: I am not into literature as much as in cinema or music but books which really impressed me are Brave New World, A Farewell to Arms, La Peau de Chagrin and (!) The Little Prince.
