About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To start down the path of adulthood but not forget the child in me.

ABOUT ME

Intraverted but outgoing. I've been to two countries; China and Panama and I've become addicted to traveling. I live in the States but live in a border city with Mexico, therefore I speak great Spanish. Unfortunately, English and Spanish are the only languages I speak but I want to learn more! Especially since I will be spending so much time in Europe.

PHILOSOPHY

To be open-minded, to give without expecting anything in return. To forgive and move on. To let go.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Crouching tiger, hidden dragon. District 9. Star Trek. Amelie. her. Dallas buyer club. X men. How to Train your dragon. The Prince of Egypt. Most Disney!

Music: Mumford & Sons, Arcade Fire, the Black Keys, Lana del Rey, ELO, BTO, the Beatles, the Doors, Jose Gonzalez

Books: so many! The Game of Thrones books! The fountain head. The giver. How to kill a rockstar. God-shaped hole. Jane Eyre. Their eyes were watching God. The Eragon series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to Bocas del Toro, Panama and observing first hand the life of people who live in rural areas (the jungle). Seeing how simple their lives where really shocked me since I grew up in a 1 world country. Sometimes it was sad to see the conditions the children lived in, especially when they were sick with Leishmaniasis. I've always seen those type of things in TV but seeing them in real life was something amazing for me because it made me so much more aware.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to learn any language and in return I'll teach as much English and Spanish
