About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Protect travel funds! Must not waver at the sight of pretty things!

ABOUT ME

I joined couch-surfing due to a lack of options for places to stay because I am so prone to spontaneity. I love living life, and I'm always on the prowl for the next budget adventure! I like to see beautiful things and experience things that will make my heart race. If I were to travel to a different country I would like to get to know the food, the culture, the locals, the secrets, and the wild. I'm a small person with a big lust for adventure, because life is too short.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm MIA and swamped in school/work for the time being. Will be graduating in April 2013 hopefully!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

- I met Terry in Portland, and she graciously lent my friends and I her bed and shower.

Interests

Bugs, hiking, anything beautiful and unusual, FOOD (I eat practically anything), wildlife, art, vintage, music (blues, classic rock, indie rock, jazz, classical), skiing, windsurfing, sailing and want to get into surfing & scuba diving

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- traversed Neve glacier near garabaldi lake
- hiked to the monarch butterfly reserve near at Cerro pelon, Mexico
- caving at Horne lake: the extreme rappel
- to be continued...

Teach, Learn, Share

Visitors to Vancouver have to try the diversity of food we have. Try the sushi! Try the Pho! Try the korean food! BC also has an array of outdoor activities: skiing, hiking, biking, rock-climbing, kayaking, etc. There are some nice local mountains, and Squamish is only a 1.5 hrs away from Vancouver!
