About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Right now I'm traveling around the country with no set time limit or itinerary. Looking to be surprised and delighted.

ABOUT ME

I accept all, reject none. I am a bike builder, photographer, architect, aspiring craftsman, and a lapsed chinese philosophy student and a struggling actor. I don't necessarily know where I'm going, but always keep my head up and my eyes open.

PHILOSOPHY

I have a new manifesto almost every week, but here's a quote I read the other day in the Hagakure that I like:

"There is something to be learned from a rainstorm. When meeting with a sudden shower, you try not to get wet and run quickly along the road. But by doing such things as passing under the eaves of houses, you still get wet. When you are resolved from the beginning you will not be perplexed, though you still get the same soaking."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Sagrada Familia in Barcelona is baffling and endlessly inspiring to me. And my current trip is starting to fill in that category too. So far it's been incredible.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching: I would be happy to teach bike repair/building, car repair, carpentry (I'm traveling with my toolkit), basic HTML and CSS coding, trumpet, a bunch of computer programs like adobe products and final cut. Also, I can offer a crash course in Chinese Philosophy.

Learning: I'd like to learn about sustainable construction/renovation, permaculture and want to learn more about everything-ness. Anything I don't know about, I'd like to learn about it.

Share: I love sharing meals. Both the making and the eating of them. Building anything, discussing everything, exploring everywhere.
