About Me

Being raised in Hanoi and currently living in London I have always been in love with the exquisiteness of ancient beauties and multicultural values. It also sharpens my personalities: a nostalgic and sensitive girl. Besides attending university, I also self-study anatomy, astronomy, watercolour painting, geography and psychology – not only these subjects intrigue my curiosity but also they enrich my knowledge and nuture my creativity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd love to make new friends and learn from other cultures! Just simple as that.

Interests

I’m a huge lover of nature, and always inspired by tiny little things in life. I do care for every creature, however big or small. I am a somewhat overthinking intense introvert which makes it a bit difficult for others to truly understand me but I do love people and attempt to overcome my anxiety, starting by sharing travel journals on magazine and taking some marketing jobs.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Anything from modern pops to old folk songs.

Movies: The 4 goliaths of animation: Walt Disney Studio, Pixar, Dreamworks, Studio Ghibli. I am also in a serious relationship with mind-twisted tv series: Sherlock, House of Cards and How to get away with murder. BBC's Apprentice with Sir Alan Sugar is also my jam.

Books: Fiction all the way - A huge huge huge fan of Dan Brown here (which explains my ultimated love for european arts & culture, my plan from the age of 14 was to follow every journey in France and Italy that Robert Landon has made throughout the series). Another inspiration of mine is Harry Potter (because what else). And the Penderwicks series by Jean Birdsall is one of the reasons encouraging me to save money for New England trips.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This question makes me want to go sit in the corner and think about myself.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you how to do photography, how to use wacom and drawing tablet if you ever need. Also if you wish to be featured in deep hipster travel photography journal I am here for you.

I am a good listener. Just tell me anything but consider taking my advices because sometimes I come up with very alien ideas.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My interest in art and design. Another half of a bread.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, France, Italy, Scotland, South Korea, Thailand
