Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people and learning about new places from the people who live there.

My partner and I are taking a long road trip around the U.S., largely for fun and to see some of the places we haven't seen in this giant country, but also to scope out future places to live. I think meeting people that actually live in the places we're visiting will lend insight into the place. I'm interested to see how you live and learn what you love about your current hometown!

Interests

I love exploring new places with my camera. I'm a fan of hiking, art museums, bad jokes, yoga, Mexican food, dancing, card games, swimming in lakes/oceans, riding my bike in all weather, cooking, pizza, crosswords, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived with a family on a farm in rural Ecuador for a month, where I learned to eat a plate full of rice and lentils with a whole fish on top for breakfast at 6:00 am :)
