Currently studying in Australia as an exchange student from the USA. I've been fortunate enough to have received couple of scholarships throughout my life that have given me the ability to travel to various parts of the world. I've always found myself happiest when I'm travelling and on the road - there's something about being in a new place that helps me connect with people in a more present and genuine way.

I decided to join couchsurfing initially to save money when travelling but now, I'm here because I realize how unique this community is. People come together to truly make sure others are comfortable, safe, and welcomed in a new place. I'm here because I wanted to contribute to this loving community by sharing my experiences and friendships with people that I meet along my journeys.

音乐、电影和书籍

Music: Generally love all music but favorite genres would definitely have to be EDM, R&B, and House. I've gone to 7 music festivals so far and they're some of my best memories!

Movies: Literally anything but horror. I'm all for movies that either help me learn something new or can make me laugh.

Books: I haven't been able to enjoy reading the same way as I did when I was a child but I'm planning to dive back in after I finish undergrad. I'd love to hear any of your recommendations!

Most recently: Went from clubbing till 5am with my girlfriends in Beijing to standing/waiting to get tickets to enter the Forbidden City as they only have a few tickets reserved for foreigners per day. (We did made a quick trip back to our hostel to change/grab a quick breakfast of dumplings!)

I would like to think I'm an excellent cook and would be more than happy to create and share some amazing meals together! I'd also be more than happy to do any housework or chores during my stay!
