ABOUT ME

I am a curious geographer, weaver, sustainable ag enthusiast, meditator and educator. I play guitar and sing, do lots of crafts with my hands and natural materials, and I like learning languages. I love hiking and backpacking.

I have lived in Chile, the Netherlands, guatemala, California, dc, and North Carolina. I don’t believe in borders. I believe in kindness, generosity, critical thinking, creativity, playfulness and presence.

Interests

I like doing yoga, seeing live music, and thinking about earth based spirituality. Spending time outside is a must - hiking, camping, taking walks. I am a big thrifter - I like to reuse and recycle things in my life. I also like gardening, cooking, and homesteading (making tinctures, brewing kombucha, making cheese, etc.)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach informal yoga and play a little guitar. i can teach you about herbal medicine. I love discussing international cultural politics, development, and social justice issues. I can also cook - but I'd love to exchange ideas and learn to cook your local dishes!
