Do you know the movie "Planes, Trains and Automobiles"?
From Utrecht, Nederlands I took a very early train to Amsterdam Schiphol airport, get on the flight to Denmark, rented a car, drove for 2 hours to attended a business meeting and returned to Utrecht within the same day. I got lost in Denmark a few times, didn't had cell phone reception and almost missed my return flight but was a great experience :)
