books: jack kerouac, salinger (of course), banana yoshimoto, kundera, angela carter...

music: 60s, 70s, indie pop/rock from the 90s, japanese jazz electronica, hip hop with a melodious loop... anything with a good loop.

movie: european films, good hollywood films, many japanese films, anime included

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- seeing R.E.M. on stage in NYC.
- watching the sunrise in 德令哈 on a train.
- listening to Banana Co. in the middle of the night, while watching the motionless people on the platform receding into the dark, knowing that i will never see them again
