I'm a free spirit who loves adventure and the beauty of life. I love to cook and teach food healing. I love qigong and the martial arts. I'm a mother of 4 and i homeschool. I have a wonderful hubby.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My children often with their artwork and amazing minds.
People and their ability to adapt from bad situations in graceful ways.
I teach food healing and last year when one of our participants gave testimony to having HIV, and since following our protocols is now undetectable.
