Here is Ana from Moldova :) small country in Eastern Europe who is struggling now for real :) but that's a total different topic :)

I am currently having a full-time job which steals almost all of my time and life :) Previously I was involved in several youth organisations and was a volunteer for short-term projects in Poland, Switzerland & Russia.

Part of me wants to do something else, but I didn't figure it out yet what would make me really happy and what would bring value to the people's life.

I am always in for travelling, reading and swimming.

I believe people can be a real inspiration and somehow I have come to meet most of the amazing persons in my life during my trips abroad :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to have in future the possibility to host people who will come to Moldova. Till then I am able to show them the city and spend time together as soon as I'll not be busy with my job or studies.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was in October 2012 in Warsaw Poland. I was in Rzeszow,Poland involved in an AIESEC Project and with one friend from Vietnam decided to visit Warsaw for the weekend. We were hosted by a great guy. He showed us in one day the city...and in the night we were gathering around fireplace and talking about this and that with another surfers from different places around the world! It was an amazing weekend .
The second CS experience was in Romania during my 10 days holidays in the summer of 2015. I have visited Sighisoara, Sibiu & Brasov and had 3 wonderfull and amazing hosts!
Lately, I have been in Iasi, Romania for the weekend where I have been hosted by a very hospitable couple. We have shared lots of laughs and funny stories.

Interests

Interested in learning, networking and sharing inspiring ideas. Hobbies include reading, cycling and playing ping-pong that I don't play so good :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In July 2012,2013 and 2014 I have been a delegate at International Youth Forum - SELIGER that took place in Russia. I was impressed by Moscow and I had a great opportunity to be part of such a great event where participated 700 young people all over the world. :)
My one month exchange in Poland in 2012 was beyond description.
This summer (2015) I have been on my first solo-trip :) I have chosen 3 cities from Romania as destination and I have had a great time. I have never been bored or scared :) I came to know people which helped me like we knew each other for ever. It was really inspiring and challenging.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I do usually like to bring with me our famous sweets called "Bucuria" which is in English ""Happiness" as a gift for the hosts. People say they are really good :) I am not the best cooker (shame on me) but I am more then happy to help with cleaning if necessary :) I do also try to bring with me Great Mood and Lots of Smiles :)
