I like to stay active, always up for a bike ride , a yoga class or a walk! Also love a good chill out!
I worked 8 yrs on cruise ships.... back in the day , so I got around quite a bit!

I've had a few jobs in my time, I'm a hairdresser, teachers assistant, Canadian Certified Natural Health Practitioner , energy worker, body psychotherapist....etc etc quite spiritual in my outlook.
Oh , and I currently teach bikeability cycling to kids and adults.
