Engineer by trade, explorer by hobby. I try to travel and get outdoors as much as possible. Goals in life are to keep seeing new places, meeting new people, and trying new things.

兴趣

I enjoy anything outdoors: hiking, backpacking, camping, climbing, biking, kayaking, etc. Favorite backpacking trip was a 3 day trip around the Tongoriro Circuit in New Zealand (Mt. Doom for LOTR fans).

I have a banjo that one day I will find the time to learn to play, I love to cook, and I have recently taken up wood working.

Love exploring new cities. My favorite thing is trying local breweries and getting a meal I couldn't get anywhere else.

Movies: Don't particularly love Leonardo DiCaprio but for some reason love every movie he is in ; Blood Diamond, Departed, Inception, Wolf of Wall Street, Django Unchained, Great Gatsby, etc. Other top movies would probably be Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Where the Wild Things Are, Interstellar, Star Wars, etc.

Books: The History of Love, Harry Potter series, LOTR series, The Book Thief, Clockwork Orange, Tina Fey's Bossypants, etc.
