我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I don't consider myself a tourist but a traveler. I love to meet people from all over the world and really get to know the local people in the places where I am at. That's why I think Couchsurfing is great. :-)

Ok, so here is the secret: I don´t watch TV. :D Who has time for that?! :D
I also barely read. If I have free time, I prefer to do something active than read a book.
Music: Everything that gets me hyped formy runs and workouts. :D

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Spartan Race Beast (22 km and 2000 m elevation) and Mountain Man (22 km and 1.200 m elevation)
Those races taught me that you can push so much further than you think. I have NEVER felt as good as after those races, total endorphine-high. 😍 No need for drugs, people! Just go for a mountain run! 😅
